Can parents see their child's progress?
Yes, without another app or password to remember. Each student gets an access code from the club; entering it with the email on their record — the guardian's email for a junior — sends a secure single-use link to grades, attendance and progress.
Can we import from Coacha or a spreadsheet?
Yes, by CSV. Students, gradings and attendance each import from their own file, and koshiFlo gives you the column headings to match. There's no one-click connector to Coacha or anything else — if you can export it as a CSV, it comes across.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can stop at any time, and the records stay yours. Ask us and we'll export your club's data for you. We don't hold it hostage to keep you subscribed, and we never sell club or student information.
