About me, the founder
koshiFlo was founded by Andrew Tinkler in 2026 with the vision to assist small clubs and organisations to streamline student progression and enable students to view their own progress, quickly and easily.
I have trained in martial arts for 10 years and hold a 1st Dan black belt in WJJKO Jujitsu, alongside an assistant coach badge. That experience has shaped koshiFlo from the inside out.
Instructors carry a lot quietly: remembering who has been consistent, who is almost ready to grade, who needs a word of encouragement, and who may be drifting away. The bigger a club gets, the harder it becomes to keep every student visible without letting admin take over the class.
koshiFlo is my answer to that problem. It is built to help martial arts clubs connect attendance, grading readiness, student history, and next actions in one calm place. The instructor still makes the decision. The software simply makes sure the right context is there when it matters.
