koshiFlo is live
A simpler way to manage your martial arts club
Today marks a big milestone: koshiFlo is officially live.
koshiFlo has been built to help martial arts clubs spend less time dealing with administration and more time doing what actually matters — running their club, teaching their students and building their community.
What started as an idea has gone through a lot of development, redesign, testing and refinement to reach this point.
And now it is ready for clubs to start using.
Launch offer: the first 10 new organisations to create a paid koshiFlo account will get their first 3 months free.

Why I built koshiFlo
Running a martial arts club involves far more administration than most people realise.
You need to know who your members are, who attended which sessions, when someone is ready to grade, whether fees are outstanding, which club somebody belongs to and countless other details that gradually accumulate as a club grows.
A lot of clubs end up managing this through a mixture of spreadsheets, paper records, messages, banking apps and information that simply lives in somebody’s head.
That works — until it doesn’t.
koshiFlo was created to bring those everyday jobs together into one straightforward system designed specifically around how martial arts clubs actually operate.
What koshiFlo can do today
koshiFlo already covers the core areas involved in running a club.
Manage your students
Keep your student records organised in one place rather than maintaining separate spreadsheets or disconnected lists.
You can manage the information you need about each student and see their relationship with your club clearly.
Track attendance
Record who trains at each session and build an accurate attendance history over time.
Attendance shouldn’t just be a register that disappears into a folder. In koshiFlo, it becomes useful information that can help you understand participation and support other areas of club management.
Manage gradings
Track your grading structure and your students’ progress through it.
koshiFlo helps connect attendance, progression and grading information so instructors have a clearer picture of where students are in their journey.
Keep track of fees
Club finances can quickly become difficult to follow when payment information is spread across different systems.
koshiFlo helps clubs keep track of fees and identify where payments may still be outstanding.
Manage multiple clubs
For organisations operating across more than one location, koshiFlo has been designed around an organisation-and-club structure rather than treating every location as a completely separate system.
That means the platform can grow with the organisation using it.
Built specifically for martial arts
koshiFlo isn’t a generic CRM with a few martial arts labels added to it.
The aim has always been to build around the things instructors and club administrators actually deal with: sessions, attendance, gradings, different clubs, student progression and fees.
That distinction matters.
Martial arts clubs have their own way of working, and software intended for them should reflect that.
This is the beginning, not the finished line
Getting koshiFlo live is a milestone, but it isn’t the point at which development stops.
Quite the opposite.
The next stage is about getting koshiFlo into the hands of real clubs and learning from how they use it.
There are already plenty of ideas for what comes next, but real-world feedback will have a major influence on the direction of the platform.
I want to know which parts save clubs time, which workflows could be simpler and what administrators and instructors find themselves wishing koshiFlo could do.
That feedback will help shape what gets built next.
Launch offer: first 10 organisations get 3 months free
To celebrate the launch — and to get koshiFlo into the hands of clubs that can help shape its next stage — the first 10 new organisations to create a paid koshiFlo account will get their first 3 months free.
